I cant canel my premium how can i do it

First, try signing into this page and see if you can find an option to cancel:

https://www.spotify.com/accounts/subscription/

If there is no option to cancel, you might have subscribed to premium through the iOS app.

To cancel your subscription, you need to cancel it from iTunes. You subscription is being handled by Apple.
