Previously Synced Songs Won't Play On New Device

I am trying to lsiten to an album on Spotify. However, 3 or 4 of the songs won't play. These songs WERE in my itunes library, however I broke both my iPhone and MacBook in the same weekend. Now even when I'm online and everything, these songs won't play. Any idea how to tell my device that I don't have these songs in my library anymore?

Fieuw, I am not the only one who broke both his iPhone and Macbook in the same month. (I know how you feel).

If you don't have these files stored locally, I would recommend creating a temporary playlist called itunes_tracks and move the broken tracks to that playlist untill your macbook/iphone has been fixed.
