Private Collaborative Playlist No Longer Showing Who Added a Song

Hello!

I’m a premium family account user. I’m on an iPhone X on iOS12 (though this issue was happening before I upgraded to iOS 12). 

My girlfriend and I have shared a private collaborative playlist for over a year now. It would always show me before, under the song, her name when she was the one that added the song. It doesn’t anymore. 

However, on her view on her phone (iPhone 8 on iOS 11) she can still see my name under the songs that I’ve added.
