I'm a premium user and I've been trying to access radio but it won't let me search or do anything, screen is blank. I've resintalled and restarted my iphone and still it won't work. Please help 😞 Thank you

Can you try all of the steps in the iOS troubleshooting guide and see if they help at all?

Thank you for responding, but after waiting for 20 minutes, it started up on its own...go figure!

My radio function won't work on IPhone 4S running iOS 7. I've tried everything down to reinstalling the app etc. all I get is the radio screen with the search bar and blank everything below the search bar. Help please
