Random songs playing on premium member ship

I have paid for premium for a few months now but every time I click on a song to play it plays about 2 seconds of it then asks if I want to listen on ‘this iPhone’ Or ‘continue listening on this iphone’ when I click continue on this iPhone it starts playing the top 100 playlist and if I click ‘this iphone’ it does the same thing except without sound. I’ve tried restarting my phone and redownloading spotify and deleting the songs in the que but none of these work.
