Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. Hope you don't mind me replying in English, as that's the official language of the Community!

 

If the error message appears when you try to apply for an offer, it could mean that the offer is no longer available, or the account doesn't meet the requirements, as all the intro offers can only be redeemed by new users (who don't have had Premium before). 

 

However, if the error appears in a different scenario, include in your next response more details about your issue and the process you want to complete to have a better look at it.

They gave me a premium 2-month code for a friend, my friend created his account for the first time for that reason and when I share the link in the code and he tries to open it, a message appears that says “you already have a premium account”, we need help!

Thanks for getting back to us.

 

Based on the description of your post, we're understanding that you friend is having issues redeeming one of our offers. If he's getting an error message when trying to redeem the offer - it means that he's not eligible.

 

Keep in mind that the current 2 months Premium offer is for people that haven't tried Premium before - new subscribers. This can also happen if your friend paid for Premium in the past on another account with the same payment method or if his account was on Premium as member of a Family plan before. In those cases it won't be possible to activate any trial offer as well. For full information on the topic, check out this support article. 


If he hasn't been a subscriber before, then he should be able to get the offer - we recommend trying to subscribe in a different browser or in an incognito window to avoid any issues caused by the saved cache or cookies.
