Songs are greyed out

Hi, I'm actually having the same problem. Seems like it happened after the last iOS update. Looks like I have to sync everything all over again. I confirmed that my account shows up as premium. I don't think it's saying that I don't have premium, it just wants to sync everything that was synced all over again.

Thanks and sorry for misunderstanding the problem. This morning I went to go into my iOS app and most of the songs I had previously synced for offline listening were now unsynced. 3,000 plus songs. I noticed that the "offline listening" button was also set to off. I use spotify mostly for offline listening since I use the subway and I know it was fine yesterday evening when I last used it. Not sure if this was maybe a result of the app update. I don't have wifi at work so it takes an obscene amount of time to sync so I have to wait to go home to do it all over again. It does seem like it is syncing, I just can't try and see since it goes so slowly and drains my battery.

Well, I'm sorry about that; it does seem that the update reset some options for you, including unsyncing your tracks. There isn't much we can do now, but let you re-sync your offline tracks. I will, however, inform the iOS guys that this happened. Never know if your feedback helps them find a glitch that they can remove for the next update 🙂
