The play button doesn’t work and I can’t play anything on my iphone

Hello, I am facing the same issue. Started happening out of nowhere now I just see the songs in Playlist dimmed out and just won't play at all. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Are the songs explicit? If so, check if you've accidentally toggled off playback of explicit content. You can do this in the app's Settings > Content preferences.

If this happens with local files, it's worth reuploading them on your device by trying out the methods mentioned in this article.

In case you meant something else, feel free to share a screenshot which captures how things look on your end so we investigate further.
