Running starts not the music

Hello,

today, i want to use the function RUNNING. I made the procedure of the manuale and the Spotify-App says much times "Tempo detected" but the music doesn't start.

What is my failure? Can somebody help me?

Hi Te-Punkt!

Does your device have a good internet connection? The music is being streamed to your device, offline availibilty is not a possibility at this moment I think.

If this is not the case, make sure your device has enough free space and close other apps by double tapping the home button and sliding them away.

I hope any of this solves your issue. 

This feature makes me run for sure! (try accelerating or decreasing speed, the app adapts very fast).

Hello,

i test the function yesterday  again. I start with running at spotify and myself. I heard no music only "Tempo decteded" for 5 minutes, than i was annoyed and did the music streamed normal.

The Internet connection is good for streaming the spotify music. I never had problems, only with the function "running".

Sometimes i see the speed number like "150", than no number , than "145" ..... But every few seconds the lady with "tempo detecded".

I am not a fast runner, i am a beginner and slow. Is that my problem?

Can somebody help me?
