Running unavailable

For some days ago, Running is unavailable in my iPhone. I restart the device, but is the same.

After, I delete de Spotify app, restart de iphone and I reinstalled, but is the same.

 

Can you help me?

It works now. 

 

Saturday did the update and tried (as ever),.., voilà.

You'll be able to find Running under Browse > Genres & Moods.

When I go to Browse > Genres & Moods > Running, I view the 3 dots to connect, but no show the playlists. I wait very time.

 

In other Genres & Moods I view all playlist perfectly.

 

Two weeks ago, I use Running without problems.

No worries!

Try restarting your device by holding Home + Lock for 10 seconds.

No. I Restarting my device by Home + Lock and it doesn't work.

 

I uninstall the application and reboot the device and reinstall, doesn't work.

 

I have other device (iPhone 5) and a try use Running, but it does not work.

 

Yesterday I update my iPhone to iOS 9.3, still the same.

 

Is my acount?

If you log in to the app using a different account, does the same happen?

This is the screenshot of Running. I have also capture Hip Hop, it works correctly.

 

Now, I am connected to wifi, but with 4G (o 3G) is the same.

 

I don't have other account, but with the same account in other device is the same.
