Same Apple ID, different Spotify accounts

Same Apple ID, different Spotify accounts

Plan: Premium

Country: UK

Device: iPhone 7

Operating System: IOS 12

My Question or Issue: I have Spotify premium and my daughters have separate Spotify accounts. However, they share an Apple ID. When I try to install

the Spotify app on the 2nd device, it automatically logs on as as the first user and I cannot seem to prevent this. App sharing was originally turned on but has now been turned off but still no joy. Any ideas anyone? Thanks in advance.

Hey @Sparky6975, welcome to the Community.

Hope you're doing great!

Could you tell me more about this issue?

You've 2 iOS devices using the same Apple ID and when you downloaded Spotify on one of them, it was installed on the other one too.

Also when trying to sign in to the second one, you aren't asked to put your other Spotify's account credentials but straight up logged in with the Spotify account signed in to the first iOS device.

Is that correct?

Thanks 🙂

Hii, that’s happening to me right now, how do I stop it??
