Select Songs Not Syncing

Solved!

Select Songs Not Syncing

Alright so, this is a bit of a weird problem. I've been trying to sync some of my local files to playlists that I already have. They just appear grayed out on my iPod, BUT I can play them on my desktop and my Android. (I don't use my Android for working out because data and all that jazz) It's not even all of my local files, it's literally only all of Taylor Swift's 1989 (that I imported from the physical CD if that makes a difference) and two random cover songs, plus a Placebo song that I have played on my iPod spotify before and now I no longer can. What is going on? I've put all the songs into a separate playlist and tried to sync them that way, but all I get is the playlist saying "pending" forever, with no attempt by the program to actually sync them. Any suggestions?

- Yes, I am connected to the same WiFi.

- Yes, I've tried putting them into playlists.

- I can't even manually sync my local files because I just get "pending".

There is a current bug in the iOS app that causes some local files with (parenthesis, commas, dashes, etc.) to not sync. This might be what is causing you to have problems syncing.

The developers are currently investigating this bug. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.
