Share current playing with another user

Hi, I was wondering if it is possible to listen the same let's say queue as another user. On two or more devices at the same time.

I will give an example to clarify. I have a family account with my girlfriend, I would like to 'hook' to what she is listening right now, if she starts listening Mozart my list plays the same song she is currently playing in a synchronized fashion, if she decides to change and listen Tchaikovsky my playlist changes accordingly, is this currently possible?
