Shuffle/Play Button on Ipad Air does not work

My Question or Issue

My Playlists are all on shuffle play mode. If I tap on the Symbol it does not change to normal play mode. I tried different times on different playlists.

Seems to be a bug?

In this case we suggest that you perform a clean reinstall to make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

Also - does this occur on one specific device or multiple devices?

thank you for your support!

First I did a clean reinstall on the IPad and it does not solve the issue.

I use Sportify on three devices, IPhone, IPad and Windows 10 Notebook.

In the Windows app I can toggle the shuffle Icon and it works fine, even if the actual playlist is played physical on the IPad. 

The play button on IPad does not change optical and when I hit it again it starts to shuffle again.

So far my observations.

Can you try it to switch it off from the now playing view or check if it's under the 3 dot menu? It would also be great if you can provide us a screen recording or some screenshots.

Sorry for the confusion, but what about to switch shuffle mode on and off in playlist view.
I thought (maybe I remember it wrong) that the "big" play button change its appearance when I hit the shuffle sign attached to it or if I switched it on or off with the two previous methods?

We can confirm that the new Shuffle Play button will always shuffle and it cannot be used to turn shuffle off. You can switch off the shuffle in your now playing view.
