Shuffle always shows same 8-10 songs in different order

My Question or Issue

I have read lots of other posts related to this issue, but no available solutions seem to work. I am not using Spotify Connect (ie I am playing music locally on my iPhone). On certain playlists (Beast Mode workout playlist for example), the same 8-10 songs are always played when I shuffle, although the order of those 8-10 songs seems to be correctly random. Also, these 8-10 songs are the topmost songs of the playlist. I have tried the technique were I repetitively select then unselect shuffle while viewing the Queue, and the same songs always show up. See the 3 screenshot attachments as evidence. 

I don’t think it’s necessarily related to playlist size because my Liked Songs playlist (several thousand songs) is correctly shuffled when I select shuffle.

This issue is highly annoying since I often hear the same few songs during my workouts and it gets very repetitive. Any help is appreciated!

Thanks for posing about this on the Community!

Right now some of the Spotify created playlists may start shuffling the first 10 songs and then shuffle the rest of them. If you're not happy with this approach you can vote for the idea here.

Keep in mind that ideas with the status Closed - Not Enough Votes are still monitored by Spotify.
 

If you'd like, you can copy the songs in that playlist to a personally create list and they should shuffle better.
