My Question or Issue

I have a big playlist of 11h30m. And everytime I wanna listen to it on shuffle. It automatically enables the smart shuffle feauture. And when I enable normal shuffle I still get smart shuffle songs in my queue. I find this very frustrating. And when I turn shuffle completely off it plays the same song over and over again. And this is only with this playlist and not my other playlists. I have the latest version of spotify. I tried logging out on all my devices and downloading my playlist again but nothing seems to work. I hope this issue can be fixed because it’s extremely frustrating. Especially if I have no other option than to listen to music offline. Is there a fix for this? Is someone else having this issue? I’d love to hear from you!

Thanks for the reply. Consider performing a clean reinstall, that can help resolve a multitude of issues. If the behaviour persists, send us a screen recording via Google Drive or as an unlisted YouTube video.

  • Is this on all devices or only on specific one(s)?
  • When did this start happening?
  • A video of the behaviour

Hey! Thank you for your reply,

 

I don‘t have this problem on my other device (windows 11 pc). I don‘t have access to this system right now though because I‘m with vacation. This is just happening to my iPhone.

 

This problem started occurring last sunday.

 

Sadly this site doesn‘t let me upload a 3,4mb video so I can‘t provide you with a video example. 

I‘d be happy to provide you with other information if needed!
