Song Plays For 10-11 Seconds Then Stops

I have an iPhone 6 with T-Mobile. When I play a song it will load and play for about ten to eleven seconds, then stop. I know it is not my network connection because Soundcloud works. I have restarted my phone but to no avail. I have also redownloaded the app and updated it. 

This problem only occurs when I am not connected to Wi-fi. As a said previously, this is not a connection issue as all other apps that require Internet connection load properly

Please help!
