Song covers not showing on my iPhone/iPad display.

 Song covers not showing.Certain songs do not show me their cover art, despite them being downloaded. As soon as I go offline and wish to play a downloaded song with no cover, it will make all the other songs covers disappear as well, no matter if I am online or offline. I have to restart the app in order for it to work, but eventually happens again.

Hey @beatrice31! Thanks for keeping us in the loop and for reporting this!

This has already been reported to the team. It’d be super helpful if you could share your device’s make and model, plus the OS and Spotify version you’re using, right here in this thread. That way, we can pass everything along to the folks who are looking into it.

Hey there @beatrice31! Thanks for sharing this.

Can you try these steps to see if it makes a difference? I know that you've already tried reinstalling the app, however, a clean reinstall is more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful in getting rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.

Hello! I have tried a clean reinstall as well, I have spoken with the customer support as well, offering me various steps including resetting networks, background app refresh, deleting downloads and re-downloading them again, and nothing is working.
