Songs are played randomly

Hi, 

I'm having an issue with randomly played tracks on my mobile (desktop version works fine). When I want to listen to a whole album, only a song I tap is playing correctly, the next song is random and have no idea what is wrong. I've tried to update an app, also "autoplay" button in settings is off and "shuffle play" is off too. It seems like all other songs are in queue that I have not created.

Can anyone help? It's really annoying.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

I'd also recommend updating to iOS 12.3.1 and following the steps from this article too.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
