As a first step, can you please send us the following:

  • A detailed description of your issue and (if possible) a few screenshots illustrating it.
  • Your device model, OS version, and Spotify version.
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps like reinstalling the app?
  • Does the issue persist on other devices using your account or on your device using a different account?
