Spotify 3 months for 99 cents

I joined up when I heard that add but was charged the full monthly price and just got charged again for 12.99$. What happened to 99 cents for 3 months??

I have the same problem, except I was charged 9,99€ instead oft 0,99 cents and I even used the button below the advertisement of this special offer!
