Spotify Family Plan not working

Spotify Family Plan not working

I'm a part of a family plan, everyone else in this plan has a working premium account. My subscription is labeled as free. I asked my host and they said that I was in it. Is there any possible way to fix this issue?

Contact via contact form with spotify support. If u got automatic email, please response to it. Support team will check it.

I sent a message to the Spotify forum about my problem. I got an email giving me places I can look for solutions. I went to Twitter and tweeted @spotifycares and I haven't received a response from them, it also seems that I won't be receiving a response from them. For all other users asking questions on their Twitter, they get an automatic response. It's been 30 minutes since I tweeted them. At this point, I'm just considering giving up

Try:

If you got automatic message please response to it and they will check it.

So simply reply to no-reply email xD Just try more and more.
