My Question or Issue

So two issues, one is just a minor problem, the other is the Main problem.

Main problem being: Every few songs i end up skipping, there's been a random chance Spotify will glitch out, and make it so it'll stop controlling the music. It'll continue to play the last song it was playing, But when that song finishes, it'll just stop playing altogether. On the IPod itself, it'll display no Album art cover, Shows a different song (For example, 'Tomorrow's Kings' by Dragonforce is playing, But the App says 'The Fizzith' By Glass Pyraminds) and Both timestamps are replaced with --:--. This has been happening since the start of this year, and its only been while out & about using offline mode. All the songs are downloaded, both Spotify & Local file Songs, And its happened on multiple playlists.
I've done Several Uninstall & Reinstalls of spotify, Cleared the caches & reinstalled, I've used different accounts to play said playlists, I've Even Factory Reset the IPod itself and installed spotify and this issue STILL preists.

The Minor issue is when i try to Stream music from my Desktop to the IPod Because its easier to manage what songs to play, But whenever i try this now, it just says "Network connection Failed while playing this content" - My internet connection is Stable & Online pretty much all the time, Even if i have the IPod plugged in to charge, it'll still give this message and stop Streaming/playing to the IPod. Again this small bit is just minor, but i still feel i should bring it up.

I've been dealing with these issues for half a year at this point and i'm Really tired of paying money for a service that doesn't work half the time. I've literally tried every single thing the Support team has asked, and the issues still aren't fixed.

Hey @Wuffles__,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

Great troubleshooting so far; we appreciate all the details you've included. Since this issue started a while ago, it can be caused by different reasons. First, since the error message you're receiving mentions the network connection, would you mind trying with a different Wi-Fi network to see if the issue persists?

Also, would you mind checking if using the Web Player instead of the desktop app makes any difference?

Lastly, include in your next response the OS version of your iPod, along with the Spotify version you're currently running on your devices, to continue investigating the case.

We'll be on the lookout.

Hey @Wuffles__,

Thanks for getting back to us with this info.

We've forwarded it to the relevant team here at Spotify, however, we can't confirm when it will be addressed. In the meantime, please make sure to keep your app up-to-date.

Cheers,
