Spotify Stole My Facebook Information

I've had Spotify since before Facebook was required to log in and have no interest in connecting my Facebook account.

I am a paying customer (premium) and recently installed the iOS app on my iPod Touch. It would not simply let me sign in with my Spotify account credential and kept trying to force me to accept the Facebook connect.

Even though I cancelled this action, Spotify app was able to somehow connect to my Facebook account. I NEVER GAVE PERMISSION. This is truly ridiculous and an invasion of privacy.

Even after I reject the app permissions from Facebook settings, and logged out, attempting to log back in somehow resulted in a re-authentication with Facebook. Again, I never gave permission for this.

I've taken a look at the account connected to your email address and there is no Facebook account linked. It's possible that you may have selected the "Login with Facebook" button and an account has been created with your Facebook details.

When logging in, ensure you are using "ipaulpro" as your username.

It is not possible that I gave permission.

Even if I accidently pressed Login with Facebook, I never accepted the permissions. The OAUTH process is 2-steps. There is no possibility that I ever accepted the permissions requested.

I would like any and all information collected from Facebook to be immediately deleted from your servers.

I wrote to customer service about this, and they conveniently did not respond to that part of my email (I received a reply, but they did not address the main issue - my private information that was collected).

I do not want Spoitfy to even know my Facebook ID. If I do not receive some type of official communication that acknowledges the removal of all of my Facebook information, I will take this problem to higher authorities.
