Spotify Won't display/opperate with Ford Sync 3

I have iPhone 6s iOS 11 with up to date spotify. None of the artist info will display, nor will any of the buttons in the vehicle work with spotify. I can play a song through bluetooth but can not skip a song with using the vehicles buttons. Was all working perfectly before iOS 11....

Same problem, only with an iPhone SE. Worked fine until iOS 11. Aside from Spotify, even directions from Maps no longer play through the Dock Connector.

Exact same problem here with my sync 3 and iPhone SE with ios11.

worked fine before the iOS update, we need a patch.

It works fine for me with an iPhone 7, so it may be phone specific or specific to the software version of Sync 3 in your car.
