Spotify app repeatedly jumps to same playlist from another device

DEVICE: IPhone 11 Pro, IOS 13.3

Spotify Premium Subscription, utilizing the iPhone app. 

I think my Spotify is syncing to another playlist in my office. Trying to play through my Bluetooth headphones. Spotify can see my device and will play music that I select, but only for 10 seconds. After 10 seconds, it jumps to another playlist that I’ve never heard or played in my life. I went to the device list and removed/forgot the other device (it was a windows chrome computer) so now it only remembers my device and my Bluetooth buds. 

But now, I’m still having the same problem. I will play one song, after 10 seconds it jumps back to the same playlist from before that was playing on someone else’s computer. I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled the app, still having the issue. 

Any suggestions?

I'd suggest using the Sign Out Everywhere and Remove Offline Devices, probably change your password as well, from your Spotify's account page.
