Spotify app won't recognise my premium account

Spotify app won't recognise my premium account

I have a Spotify premium account which only works on my MacBook as on my phone it only recognises me as free?! I have logged back in multiple times and I only have one account!

Hey! I'm sorry you are encountering issues with Spotify premium on your phone. Have you followed all the steps from this guide to make sure you really do have one account? If you are really sure you do have only one account just reply and I will look into it. Good luck and sorry for the inconvenience. 😕

I am having this same issue. I only have one account. I have logged in and out of the Spotify app on my iPhone 6s several times, but this did not fix the issue. I removed the app from my iPhone, reloaded it and logged back in, but I'm still only recognized as a Free account. My Premium account does work fine on my MacBook. Any help? Thank you.
