Spotify can’t even get through 10 seconds of a song before stopping

My Question or Issue

Spotify stops after 6-10 seconds of a song. The music and slider bar stop but the button doesn’t change. This app doesn’t work and is completely unusable since last night.

As a first step, try logging out, restarting your device, and logging back in. If the issue persists, it's worth running a clean reinstall of the app by following these steps. This can be helpful to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.

If this doesn't make any difference, could you let us know if the same happens while using a different connection, like another WiFi network or mobile data, and if the same occurs with your downloaded songs while the Offline mode is enabled?
