Spotify connect on LGs always stops after a few songs

My Question or Issue

When using the iPhone to play musik on the soundbar, everythign is fine for ~30minutes (not exactly stopped yet), and then the stream on the Soundbar just stops.

This easily happens e.g. during breakfast or lunch time.

Doint the same with an Android Phone is no problem at all, the stream just continous.

Playing Musik on some Denon Heos does not come with this issue.

When the issue happens, the stream can directly sent again to the soundbar and everything is fine again, till it happens next time.

Since this is happening only on your iPhone, there's some information we'd like to have to assist you better.

To start, please let us know exactly what happens when the playback stops. Does the app crash, does the sound stop but the progress bar keep advancing, does your phone disconnect from the sound bar? 

Also, let us know what kind of connection you're using; the Connect feature, Bluetooth, a cable, etc? 

Lastly, share with us the model of your iPhone and the iOS version you're running, as well as the make and model of your sound bar, this will help us keep investigating.

When the Playback stops, Spotify shows that it is not anymore conencted to the Soundbar, but i could select the soundbar and continue playing.

The porgress in Spotify is paused.

The app is still running wthout any issue.

The Connection is trough Spottify connectvia WiFi.

Thanks for all that info.

Could you try restarting your router by unplugging it for a couple of minutes? If the issue persists, could you try connecting both devices to a different network, like a mobile hotspot, and let us know if the same happens with this connection?
