Spotify crashes in iOS9 when ads are queued to play

Solved!

Spotify crashes in iOS9 when ads are queued to play

As the subject states.

In iOS9, when listening to Spotify it will play music fine, up until the point where an ad should play (Free accounts). The app will then crash and you cannot resume playing without uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and play the music again. It will then subsequently crash once you've played enough songs to trigger a new ad.

Update to the new version 3.7 and see if you still have the same problem.

Post back and let me know so I can report this. Thanks!

Really good detailed issue description. Hope it'll be fixed soon.

Same exact issue. Was experiencing it but didn't know what was causing it.

iOS 9 beta 2 on iPhone 6.

Hi MattSuda!

The new version, 3.7, seems to have fixed the issue!

Thanks!

@LostLogic

Glad to hear that it's fixed!

I didn't have anything to do with it. Just suggesting you guys try the new update.
