Hello,
I am having trouble with my Spotify on mobile data. Apparently whenever I want to listen to Spotify with cellular data it says "Spotify is offline" and "No internet connections".
I have tried:
-reinstall spotify
-restart my phone
-log in and out
Funny thing is that, I tried listening on my laptop with my phone as a hotspot and even on the desktop Spotify said "No internet connection" ?
-Cellular data usage is enabled for Spotify
-I have premium account.
-iPhone 7
The same for me and my colleage.
We both have iPhone 6
My wife and me actually have the total opposite issue. We both cannot log on if we are connected to wifi. But also specifically in the later evening hours. No problem during the day.
It seems to be fixed now. I did nothing, it just started to work after some hours. Hope it wount broke again.

absolutelly the same. Works fine on WiFi, but when I switch to mobile data Spotify says "You're ofline".
Tried:
-reinstall spotify
-restart my phone
-log in and out
Without any result.
Phone is iPhone 7.
Someone managed to fix that? Because it is really frustrating!

I have the same issue for the last couple of days. If I am on wi-fi everything works fine, the second I turn off the wi-fi Spotify can't connect. Needless to say I have no such issues with other apps. I tried to install/re-install the app, restart the phone etc. - nothing helps. And yes - cellular data is enabled. I have an iPhone 6 with the latest iOS. I will be very grateful if somebody from Spotify comes up with an actual solution as this is getting very annoying.
I’m posting this reply without WiFi on LTE only. Spotify iPhone app tells me “Spotify is offline”. Super annoying: I can’t search, browse, etc.

Why hasn’t Spotify fixed this? I have had this problem across phones (multiple iPhones and android as well) and app versions.

Go to settings
Spotify
turn on cellular data
For iPhones:

I was having this problem just a min ago and I remembered to fix it you have to go to your settings then general then down to reset then reset all network connections
