Spotify goes offile on mobile data

Hi guys!

I'm running Premium Spotify 6.8.0 on iPhone with iOS 10.1.1

The app constantly goes offline while on mobile data and I am sure that my internet is okay.

I've restarted the device, re-installed spotify and the problem still continues.

I am not sure what to do.

If I've started Spotify while I'm at home using my Wi-Fi and go outside in the most cases its good, but if turn on spotify while somewhere on the street in the most cases its offline and can't connect until I find Wi-Fi again.

Suggestions?

Make sure that you have data traffic enabled:

- Open iPhone Settings.
- Tap General.
- Tap Cellular.
- Select Cellular Data.

I am sure that I'm connected to my mobile data at all times. Everything else is working.

Is it possible that my mobile operator somehow has issues with Spotify?

Sorry I wasn't clear in my previous answer - I meant cellular data turned on to Spotify

- Settings

- Cellular

- Scroll down to Spotify and make sure it's turned on

There's no way your mobile operator block one specific app - it's only up to you.
