Spotify iOS design changes app update

I have downloaded the latest version of the Spotify for iOS and the hamburger design is still present, how do i change it to the tab menu?

The new Spotify layout will slowly be rolled out to everyone and it'll be available for you too! Just keep your Spotify on the latest version and be patient! Here is a support article describing why you are seeing different features on different accounts.
