Spotify is downloading all the Music again

After a 2 months Interruption of Spotify Premium I was back and tried to listen offline to my old music again. But it didnt work. Spotify still knows what my favourites are as they are listed in the Library, but it is downloading everything again. Spotify is using 5 gb in my phone and i cannot listen any music offline? Please help.

Please check on the your playlist, do you switch on the Download?

If yes, switch off.

If no,

1. Go to Spotify on your phone or any devices
2. Your Music (Bottom right corner)
3. Setting  (Top Right corner, icon looks like a gear)
4. Streaming Quality 
5. Download Using Cellular (At the bottom, Turn off)

The core of my Problem is that As soon as there is no wifi I have no offline access to my Music. First picture is in flight Mode, second with no wifi connection, but with cellular access.

Ok, it helped to Play a Song just for a sec (in cellular mode) and Spotify remembers having it offline. Its getting green again step by step. 🙂 But still, Spotify tries to Download 3k Songs as soon as it is in wifi Mode.

1. The playlist is unavalible for offline is becasue you didnt download the playlist.

2. All the songs will be downloaded once you turn on the button.

To solve this problem, try to make a new playlist with only few songs.

The problem pops up again. It seems that Spotify cannot remember my library with all the Songs ive already downloaded. although it is using 4 gb of Memory. It is not like you've said. They were all downloaded already. This is a mess.
