Spotify is not allowing me to log in with my email address how do I get a new log in for my family

We are having the same issue, one of our family members on the family plan can not log into the account.  He tried changing his password and everytime he tries changing password on the reset password email, it says "Form Expired."  What do we do to get him back into his account?  In my family account, it says he is still active.
