Spotify is not working on ipad 4

Hi,

I downloaded spotify for ipad 4, and it was working ok with the 48 hours trial, however it stopped working before this 48 hours of trial. i have a premium account now, but When i open the app it just opens for 2-3 seconds and then automatically collapses. For these 2-3 seconds it shows only blank page, and buttons on the left does not work as well. How can i fix this? Or if i can not fix this on my end, can you tell me please approximate duration for the spotify team to update their app, or bug fixes?

Hello, @Sanchezza! It's possible that a clean reinstallation will solve the problem. Have you tried all the steps from this guide (point B)?
