Spotify is pausing my music at random intervals

My Question or Issue

My spotify app pauses the music at random intervals. It may happen 5 seconds after I begin playing music, or it may not happen for five minutes. Something activates the pause button. This issue makes it impossible to use the app. I don't know what is causing it, and I don't know how to fix it. 

I have done all of the following:

-fully updated the app

-fully updated my phone

-signed out everywhere

-cleared my spotify cache, offloaded all spotify data, and reinstalled the app

-reinstalled the app again

-hard-restarted my phone

 

This issue happens when I play music on my phone speakers, with headphones, or on a bluetooth speaker. This has happened on two different wifi networks and on LTE. 

 

I use spotify every day, but this issue makes it impossible to use. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried resetting your password?

That is the same problem with my Spotify account. 
I have tried the same things... even reinstall my IPhone software, and didn’t work.

I have tried change my password too, but the Spotify keeps pausing randomly my musics. It is happening for one month...

Help us, please.

Thanks for searching for the answer you need here.

 

We appreciate the troubleshooting you've done so far. Just to make sure that we're on the same page- did you try a clean reinstall using the steps here? They are very thorough and if this behavior is due to corrupted app files, they'll get removed.

 

If that doesn't fix things, we recommend that you go ahead and secure your account using the instructions in this Support Page. Don't forget to change the password for any service associated with your account, such as your email address, Facebook, or Apple.

 

It's a good idea that you also have a look at all third party apps that have access to your Spotify account and remove any you don't recognize. You can learn how to do this here. For the other ones you should update the login info as well.
