My Question or Issue
As the title says, for some reason (for over two months) the spotify logo went behind the clock and it's a bit annoying. I thought it would be fixed by now but it didn't, I opned a thread about this already, and i tried to re-pair the watch and delete and re-download the app again, with no change.
Hey there @itaybalin16,
Thank you for posting in the Community!
This looks a bit odd indeed. Please make sure your Spotify app and Apple Watch OS are up-to-date and if there are no pending updates. It's recommended that you’re running the latest version of Spotify on your iPhone as well. If there are pending firmware/app updates for any of your devices, please run them asap to see if this would make any difference.
We understand you've already reinstalled the Spotify app on the watch, but it's worthwhile to do it once again, this time following the steps prescribed by Apple here. Let us know if this resolves the situation.
If nothing above helps, please get back to us with a short video of the situation and detailed explanation of all the troubleshooting steps you've done. Please also mention the exact version numbers of your Spotify apps and watchOS you have currently on (after reinstalling).
Hope this helps. Let us know how you get on.
Hi @itaybalin16,
Thank you for your reply and for sharing that video.
Just to confirm, did this start happening after a certain event such as an update, or has it always been like this?
Also, can you log in with another account, such as a friend's or a family member's to see if the issue persists? Alternatively, you can create a free account here, just make sure you're logged out of your own account before creating a new one.
Keep us posted.
It wasn't like this one i first got my watch, but it happend after an update.
and I tried to login to a different account but it's the same.
Hi @itaybalin16,
Thanks for the reply.
Could you try changing your Apple Watch's language to see if that makes a difference? You can follow the steps in this article.
Let us know how it goes.
Take care!

Hey @itaybalin16,
Thanks for the reply.
We've passed this on to the right team at Spotify 🙂
We don't have official info when this will be fixed, so we recommend keeping your app up to date not to miss any development.
Cheers.
