I have uninstalled Spotify and restarted both my Mac and iPhone, then re-installed the app back onto both devices. Space is not an issue as I still had 6+ GB on my iPhone prior to uninstalling. Upon uninstalling it removed all saved data (including the old synced playlists) freeing up almost 7 GB. Upon re-installing not even the playlists that were there before will sync to the iPhone - being clear even the playlist names do not show up on my iPhone. Your service status page states you had issues in your data center that were 'supposedly' resolved 9 hours ago. perhaps this is related as it is not either device unless recent app updates to spotify on my Mac and iPhone are the issue. Please advise.
my problem below since Saturday, starred songs on desktop and my iphone5 spotify-app not sync this starred songs, pay 10€ pro months and i dont know to whom i can contact to resolve this annoying problem, i send e-Mail to support@spotify.com,but no answer

Does your desktop client still show that you have a premium subscription? If not, you may have logged in with the wrong credentials. If it does show premium and your iphone, with Spotify running, doesn't appear under the devices section in your desktop client, you may have logged in using the wrong credentials on your iphone.
