Spotify offline when on 4G

Spotify will not play when not on wifi. On 4G just says it's offline. - reason for getting Spotify for running outside on 4G!!! My phone is iPhone 6. Help - am about to cancel subscription.

Hi @Dee19,

Please make sure you've enabled the use of cellular data for Spotify in your iPhone's Settings.

Also check your Spotify Settings -> Music Quality -> Sync Quality, make sure it is not at Extreme, so your 4G won't take the hit to buffer. You can try Normal and give a shot!

If none of this helps, try a clean reinstall of Spotify to see if this fixes the problem:
