Spotify offline

I have Spotify premium and do not have much cellular data so in iPhone settings I turn cellular data off for Spotify and only listen to downloaded songs. Lately Spotify has still been online and loads things even though I have cellular data off for it. And I am not connected to wifi.

try opening your spotify then press settings - playback and turn on the offline mode. hopes this helps

This does work but, I have had Spotify for over a year and have not had this issue until now. If cellular data is off in phone settings it defiantly should not be able to use data
