Spotify on Alexa won’t work?

My Question or Issue

When I try to link my Spotify account to my EchoDot via the Alexa App, it doesn’t seem to work. I can link it with every other music service EXCEPT Spotify, and I’m unable to tap Spotify as one of the default services, as it is the only one colored gray on the list. Any help? Thanks!

Have you tried reinstalling both the Spotify and Alexa apps? This tends to sort out a lot of common issues.

If that doesn't work for you, could you get back to us with the exact Spotify version that's running on your iPhone, as well as a screenshot of the greyed-out Spotify option?
