Spotify pauses whenever I go to other apps

Hello:

before I can listen to music via spotify while checking FB or chatitng (via Line). Now, the music pauses whenever I leave spotify and I have to be on the app to listen to music. Has anybody experienced the same problem?

A few other people have had this same problem in the past.

To fix this, close out of all of the apps you currently have open from the view of all apps. Sometimes there can be a background app that glitches and causes problems with apps that use audio.

Then reopen any apps you wish to use.

Have the same problem, but doesn't work to close all apps. i tested it with 2 iphone 6. It works for 10-20 minutes without pauses, but if the app have it once, then you have it with every app-switch or with every iphone standby.

Same here on Android! Spotify plays fine when multitasking non music apps such as WhatsApp / Internet / Newsapps but when I open any games Spotify auto pauses. Closing apps / reinstall Spotify plus games / reboot phone doesnt work. Two months ago all worked fine.... 😞
