Spotify premium doesn't work on iphone

Hello,

 

I bought myself a spotify premium gift card of 1 month today. I activated the code and I have a premium account now, but it only works for my pc and not for my Iphone? for example: I try to change the music quality and it says: this is a premium future, only premium users can download music and playlists.

another example: I try to skip more than 6 tracks and it says: out of skips, free users can skip 6 tracks every hour. upgrade for unlimited skips.

and the last example: I try to play a playlist in the offline mode, and it's says that it is unable to play the playlist.

 

please help me to solve this problem,

Have you tried logging out and back in again and reinstalling the app?

Just to confirm your online overview shows the correct username and that you are on premium?

Yes it does.

Strange, can't see any reason why it isn't working. Can you try restarting your device by holding the home and lock buttons together until the apple logo appears on screen and then try again?

Could you try reinstalling the spotify app and, if that doesn't work:-

 

If you are sure you are using the same login credentials as on your PC, could you please copy and paste what it shows under subscription status on this page and let me know if that page shows a name or a bunch of numbers for your username. Are you logging in with facebook or a username?

I reinstalled it and copied the username what is just my normal username but it still doesn't work on my iphone.

That shows you have Unlimited, not Premium. You'll only get the free service on mobile devices I'm afraid.

I too am having problems getting Spotify on my iphone5c. They have taken a months payment already but can only select tracks on my ipad and not on my phone. Very puzzling.

What does it show under your subscription status? Are you definitely logged into the same account?
