Spotify premium not working

Spotify premium not working

Im a paying preium member and my playlist are still available however when I try to play them it says I need a premium account and can only use the free radio. How can this be fixed?

I still get commercials does that mean my preium is not working

Please help. I have had the 3 months free perium for the summer now for 2 months I have paid for preium and I still get commercials on my 3 devices.  help me to get what I pay for and that is preium Spotify

I have a similar problem! My playlists are available and playing but when I try to find and play new songs, thats when it says "Only Premium users can stream on demand on mobile. Radio is always free"! Allthough I have it on android.

Bellerina09 - It seems that your card has expired. Pop over to the subscription page and you should be able to enter in your new card details

 

epic_name - Try logging out and back in, you should be up and running with Premium.

I originally registered my Spotify Premium subscription on my iPad around two months ago. Since then, I have been able to use it to stream music on my iPad and iMac at home. However, I have not been able to utilise my Premium subscription on my iPhone - when trying to do so, I have received the message: "Spotify Premium is required for on-demand mobile streaming.", with the headline "Premium Required". As if this were not enough, yesterday I turned on my iPad and, having tried to stream on Spotify, I received the same error message. This begs the question, seeing as Premium allows the use of Spotify on all devices, what is happening?

It sounds like your subscription might have stopped (if it was working). 

What is your subscription status on your online overview?

I have had exactly the same issue - I have been using Spotify Premium on my windows PC and iPad for a couple of months, downloaded the app to my iphone yesterday.  When I log into iPhone it tells me my premium trial is due to expire and now when I've gone back to my iPad it's saying the same thing.

I have reviewed the online account overview and it tells me "You have an active Spotify Premium subscription", followed by a reminder that it will automatically renew. I am being charged for a service which I cannot use fully, which is unacceptable. What now?

Again I'm also experiencing this difficulty. I have a spotify premium subscription valid til dec 2014. I've logged in and out but my devices still say the same thing.

I done the 48hr free trial and then purchased the 5:99 per month premium and it has taken the $ from my bank acc and on the website says that I am a premium member but when I try and play songs from my playlist it says only premium members can use it but radio is always free it's been a week I can't find any solutions to the problem this is unacceptable and there seems to be no contact # for spotify if the problem is not resolved I will be reporting spotify to the better business burro!!!

I just entered a code I got from sprite for a free month of SPOTIFY premium when I go to the website it says I'm premium until April 28 but when I use the iPhone app it still says I'm a free user and won't let me play any songs only the radio can anyone help

I just downloaded the free premium trial but it wont let me stream anything - only allowing me to use radio. It says that i need to sign up for premium yet i just did. Thanks for any help!

Andrew I have been having the same issue as you but I have resolved it. On your spotify account set up a password for devices. Uninstall spotify app from iPad and I phone. I then reinstalled and used device log in (username is the number given on your account page) and it is now working.i have just put it on iPhone and done the same, all sorted!

I'm having an issue with my premium account as well. I have an iPad and an iPhone 5c. I am paying for premium every month, but my Spotify hasn't worked for quite a while. I am only able to listen to music that I downloaded (back when it was working). I can't explore new music, browse, listen to the radio or ANYTHING! It's really disappointing and I'm getting ready to just cancel my service. I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling. I have tried logging out and logging back in. I have tried rebooting both my iPad and iPhone and have had no success. I've attached a screenshot of what my screen looks like in the Spotify app. Please help!
