Spotify randomly deletes downloaded songs

Hi, app is up-to date, iOS too yet this happened again for now uncountable times, my offline music   Was deleted from albums, each time playlists stay downloaded.

today I went outside reach of WiFi and I saw multiple songs to be downloaded which was okay as I marked some albums for download, on way I was listening to playlist, yet when I arrived to my destination I had all my music unmarked for download and unavailable so I have to redownload again everything I want to have to go.

Since this is not first time it happened I have already (before) tried all generic suggestions from support like remove all offline devices (this iPhone was always the only one) reinstall app etc etc.

i am getting really pissed until state when I will actively discourage people from using this app until it will be fixed, seriously this issue is here for years what is doing your QA dept?

when can I as paying customer expect solution? Until this app is unusable out of reach of WiFi.

Happened again yesterday, all music from albums gone, only playlists were kept downloaded.

Any response from Spotify team?
