Spotify stops when Waze starts

My Question or Issue

Since the latest update of iOS and Spotify app I experience this issue. Spotify is starting up very slow (other topic) but when it is playing audio via Bluetooth car connection it stops and even reboots te app when Waze app is started. It seems Waze is blocking the mobile data connection for Spotify.

Waze advices to request an analysis from Spotify. Which seems odd because there seems to be no issue with Spotify until the Waze app is started.

After uninstalling both apps and reinstalling them the issue was still there.

Then I removed the link between the two apps and again performed an uninstall+reinstall. Now both apps works smooth and do not interfere with one and another. I have not linked the Spotify to the Waze app yet.
