Spotify updated but the navigation bar is still on the left

My spotify is up to date (I even tried reinstalling it) but the navigatiom bar is still on the left not on the bottom.
When i relog into a friends account it appears on the bottom and when i log back into mine its on the side.
There is absolutely no reason for this to be happening. Both spotifies are set for the same country too.
Whats the issue? How can i make it appear on the bottom?

Can you try logging out, and back in again twice for me? I appreciate you might have done this before, but let me know if it works. 🙂

Thanks for that suggestion but I already did that 20 times at least.
But just so you couldn't say I didn't do something you asked me to i relogged in two more times, just for you, and as per the expectations - it changed nothing.

Can you try a reinstall with these steps, and then send me a screenshot of how things look?

I already tried that twice ( i graduated in IT sciences, im not quite an idiot). one of the times was today morning actually.
But again I did as you requested and it suddenly changed to being at the bottom. I dont understand what sorcery you used, kind stranger, but thank you 😄
