Spotify vanished from my iPhone

I uninstalled Spotify from my iPhone some time ago and then I wanted have it back on my iPhone. It's not possible. Why? I go to app store and it whows that Spotify has been downloaded already but it doesn't give option to open the Spotify. I have allowed both installing and removing at my iPhone.

Is the app listed on Settings > General > Usage? If it is, tap on it and uninstall from there. Wait around 2-5 minutes to make sure the iPhone deleted the app and then try to redownload on the App Store.

Does it show up under Spotlight if you search for it? Pull down in the middle of the homescreen and type "Spotify" in there. If it shows up in the search results, it's still installed. It will also tell you the folder name if it's in a folder.
