Spotify will not sync

I'm pretty sure I'm doing things right, but everytime I go to put music on this ipod for my playlist at work nothing happens, yet everything syncs just fine for my android device. Any ideas as to whats going on? Everything is upto date and Im following the same process as with the android.

Hmmmm, this is really strange! Have you tried simply re-downloading the app? Are you premium? Your playlists might not play because you arent connected to the internet or any data source if you are on the free version...
